​Surface:  Wooden Cutout - I will cut pieces or you can order directly from Plum Purdy.  She does not include legs not screws in the order.  If you want me to cut them, please let me know as soon as possible.


​Tools: Angular, Liner, Script Liner, Stipple, Filberts, Mop and Rake or Comb Brushes
​
Prep:  Stain back of 22" legs, boot toe, and braces, if desired.  I have opted to paint them to match the front.  Seal all pieces of cutout, front and back, sand lightly with fine sandpaper, and transfer main design.

​Tools:  Scrapbook paper, ribbon, pictures, papers with designs, napkins, tissue paper, wrapping paper, lace, tatting, bottle caps, buttons, sayings, words (beach, 4th of July, fall, spiritual, random words).
Examples of single words to add here and there:  Faith, Love, Happy, Joy, Art, Dreams, Laugh, Believe, Kindness, Thankful, Blesse, Inspire, Hope, Grateful, Heart and Soul.  

Surface:  Canvas: We suggest an 11x14.  Please have your canvas painted a light blue such as Winter Blue when you come to class.  This is important so we may begin on time.
​
Miscellaneous:  Two 2 oz. bottles of Matt Decoupage (can be purchased at Dollar Tree).   Old 3/4" brush to apply decoupage.  1/2" flat or angle brush.  Palette paper or paper plate.  Dry wall mesh and stencil, scissors, Fine black Sharpie, stamps & ink (if you have them.  teachers will bring some).
