Wiregrass Decorative Painters 2012
2012 RETREAT March 1-3
This retreat will be all about having fun spreading your creative wings. Becky Kaslow will be the leader for miniature landscapes, 4” x 4”. Linda Underwood will be the leader for Creative Strokes, pattern provided. Noreen Engelland will be the leader of the Watercolor Collage. Linda Underwood will be the leader for working with Glass Stains and Scrapbooking products.
Dates: March 1 – 3, 2012
Where: Blue Lake Methodist Camp, Andalusia, AL
What: Lots of Creative Fun
Cost: Lodging and Meals $115.00, 2 Nights, 6 meals, 2 per room.
Add additional $65.00 for single room.
Accommodations: Room with 2 twin beds, comfortable mattresses, linens provided, and private bath. No food or drinks in the rooms. Sorry, no wine either. Meals in the dining room. Painting in a large meeting room.
Arrive/Depart: Arrive – 3:00 on Thurs., March 1. Depart 3:00 on Sat., March 3.
Project Costs: None! That’s right, the project materials will be provided. However, if you have materials you want to bring to use on any of the projects, feel free to bring it. Please be aware others may want to share it. Bring something you may not have used but want to try.
What to bring: In addition to your jammies and toothbrush, bring any specialty brushes you have, some good round brushes, and other usual flats, filberts, angles, liners, and other usual painting supplies.
