2017 WDP RETREAT
Blue Lake Methodist Camp
8500 Oakwood Lane, Andalusia, AL 36420
(334) 222-5407                                 bluelakecamp.com
Arrival:  10:00 am, Monday, February 13

Departure:  3:00 pm, Wednesday, February 15

Cost
:  $175.00

Our Art Retreat is a fun time for everyone.  We try to have projects which highlight a medium, a technique or a product that exposes the attendees to something new or a new way of using a product or enhancement of a technique.  Projects are of short duration in order to expand our retreat experiences.  We always have a good variety.

Our Art Retreat is one cost, which includes our rooms, meals and, (with very few exceptions) all project supplies.  Attendees bring usual painting supplies.

Our accommodations are comfortable with 2-person shared bedrooms and private baths.  Meals are enjoyable and are held in the Main dining area.  Our meeting space is large and spacious, with plenty of room to paint comfortably.

Everyone attending the retreat contributes to the work involved in preparation and/or in on-site duties as assigned.  On-Site Duties are assigned at Check-in.

We will once again have a fundraiser consisting of donations by attendees of primarily painting associated items.  There will be pre-priced items, and silent auction items.  This fundraiser allows us to provide the projects at no additional cost.  All attendees are encouraged to participate in the fundraiser both with donations and purchases.

Each attendee must bring 2 rectangle WHITE tablecloths (the kind you get at Dollar Tree) and 4 plastic grocery bags

Direct any questions to Betty Fergus, Retreat Committee Chair, (334) 347-69
